Explore the sound tools

Find speaker tones, stereo checks and a sound-level reference in one app.

1. Choose a tool

Open DryTone and explore Water Eject, Stereo Test, dB Meter or Sounds. Feature access depends on the current app offer.

2. Review the mode

Read the selected mode and its on-screen guidance before starting. Manual Frequency lets you explore a tone and waveform; the current controls show available limits.

3. Listen with care

Start only when you are ready for sound playback and stop if the sound is uncomfortable. A subjective listening check cannot diagnose hardware damage.

4. Treat readings as a reference

The dB Meter uses microphone input for an approximate sound-level reading. It is not a certified measuring instrument and cannot establish occupational or medical safety.

Keep this in mind

Choose the tool for the question you have. A tone, a channel check and an approximate microphone reading provide different kinds of reference.
